Retention: 60% of students admitted into the MA program will graduate from the program

Graduate Survey Participation: 30% of the students who graduated from the MA program will participate in completing the graduate survey

Graduate Survey Satisfaction: 80% of the students who completed the above-mentioned graduate survey will report an overall positive response about the cognitive objectives and psychomotor and affective competencies taught in the MA program

Job Placement: 60% of the students who graduated from the MA program will report a positive job placement in the medical assisting or related field, continuing with their education, or entering the military

Employer Surveys Sent: 100% of the employers who hired graduates to work as medical assistants or related field must be sent an employer survey

Employer Survey Satisfaction: 80% of the employers of students who completed the above-mentioned survey will report an overall positive response to the cognitive objectives and psychomotor and affective competencies taught in the MA program

Credential Exams Participation: 30% of the students who graduate from the MA program will participate in a national certification exam such as CMA or RMA

Credentialing Exams Passage Rate: 60% of the students who participated in the above-mentioned national certification exam will successfully pass the exam
