Explain physiologic relationships pertaining to the following principles: a) Alveolar ventilation and deadspace, b) Neurologic regulation of respiration, c) Lung reflexes and pulmonary mechanics, d) Compliance and resistance, e) Diffusion and gas transport, f) Ventilation/perfusion relationships, g) The pulmonary circulation, and h) Basic electrocardiogram relationships.
