Aerobic Movement for Fitness

Course Description
An introduction to aerobic fitness programs and routines. Students will learn simple aerobic routines including steps set to music, achieving better cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, overall flexibility and individual fitness testing. An MCC HPER physical release is required before the start of any activity.
