Course Description
This course will explore the past, present, and future of human movement science highlighting professional preparation and opportunities. Physical fitness and health behaviors will be introduced, as well as an opportunity to develop a personal fitness program to begin building a healthy lifestyle. An MCC HPER physical release is required before the start of any activity.
