Simple Requirements
Prereq: No course required. Must meet placement scores.
Corequisite: Students with a HS GPA between 3.0 and 3.4, OR SAT Math sub-scores between 25 and 27, OR ACT Math sub-scores between 19 and 21, OR Accu-Placer NG QAS scores between 261 and 300, OR Accu-Placer NG Adv Alg scores between 200 and 229, OR ALEKS PPL scores between 14 and 29, are required to to enroll in Math 089 during the same term they take Math 109A.
Note: Students with a HS GPA between 0.0 and 2.9, OR SAT Math sub-scores between 15 and 24.5, OR ACT Math sub-scores between 11 and 18, OR Accu-Placer NG QAS scores between 200 and 260, OR Accu-Placer NG Arith scores between 200 and 300, OR ALEKS PPL scores between 0 and 13 are required to complete an ALEKS PPL module with the Academic Success department before enrolling in the course.
