A survey course on computer concepts and applications associated with the current generation of computer technology. In addition, technological trends and the potential impact computers have on careers and lifestyles are discussed. Computer Concepts also provides hands-on work with computers through the introduction of commonly used application packages: word processing, electronic spreadsheets, presentation graphics , and Internet browsing software within the Windows operating environment.
