Course Description

A co-educational course designed for individuals interested in establishing a physical fitness program emphasizing the cardiovascular component. The class includes individually prepared programs of walking/jogging, flexibility and muscular endurance conditioning. An MCC HPER physical release is required before the start of any activity.
